AF Sports Camp Registration
To register for AF Sports Camps, a parent or legal guardian must complete all parts of the online registration form and submit full payment by credit/debit card.
Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Please provide an e-mail address that is used on a daily basis. Those campers accepted will receive an e-mail acknowledgment and notification of any program changes by e-mail. This e-mail will include all information you will need for camp. Walk-in/Day-Of registrations on the day of camp is not permitted.
AF Sports Camps maintains a waiting list for certain sports through the online registration system. Campers on waiting lists may be accepted into camps on short notice.

Fees and Discounts

**Early-Bird discount requires payment in full. Those who register after the Early-Bird period must be paid in-full by April 30. For those who register after April 30 (late registration), full payment is due at the time you register online.
AF Sports Camps Early-Bird registration period runs from the start of registration - January 31. During the Early-Bird registrations Boarders will receive a $50, and Commuters a $25, discount off the registration price. In order to receive this discount you must pay in full at the time of registering.
Our normal registration period runs from February 1 - April 30 and a payment plan option being available with an initial deposit of $150 at the time of registration.
Late registration period is May 1 - close of registration. Please note: most sports are sold out by this time and will close automatically.
AF Sports Camps does not offer a prorated registration fee.Refunds
AF Sports Camps has a no refund policy. However, we will grant an exception because of a medical emergency or family hardship. If a medical emergency refund is warranted prior to the start of camp, a statement from your doctor must accompany your written (email) request. All refunds will incur a $50 administrative fee prior to June 1. After June 1 this fee will be $150. Campers who are injured at camp and choose to remain for the duration of the camp will not receive a refund.
If a camper experiences a medical injury/incident during AF Sports Camps and cannot complete the remainder of Camp. A prorated refund will be provided at the discretion of the AF Sports Camps Director.NOTE: Refund requests will not be honored after the last day of Camps each season.
