Check-In Process: All Campers
Depending on your Session, most camps will check-in for Sessions 1 or Session 2 will take place on Sunday prior to your camp session starting between the hours of 1:00-4:00pm (MDT) at the Cadet Field House (2169 Field House Dr. USAFA, CO 80840). The few exceptions are below. Boarder Campers stay in the dorms Sunday - Thursday for Session 1 or 2.
**Boys Basketball-Session 2 (both boarders and commuters) will check-in on Monday, June 16 at 730am-830am at the Cadet Field House**
**Golf-Session 2 Commuters will check-in on Monday, June 16 at 8:00am at Eisenhower Golf Course**
**Boys Gymnastics - Session 1b (both boarders and commuters) will check-in on Wednesday, June 11 at 12:30pm at the Cadet Gym-Gymnastics Gym**
**Girls Gymnastics - Session 2a (both boarders and commuters) will check-in on Monday, June 16 at 730am-830am at the Cadet-Gym-Gymnastics Gym**
**Girls Gymnastics - Session 2b (both boarders and commuters) will check-in on Wednesday, June 18 at 12:30pm at the Cadet Gym-Gymnastics Gym**
All traffic should enter through the North Gate of the Air Force Academy, exit 156 off I-25. Travel west on North Gate Blvd to the Cadet Field House (see map). Once you arrive at the Cadet Field House, park in the east parking lot and proceed to the main entrance of the Cadet Field House. Proceed directly to your respective sport's table.
(Drive-In) Boarders: You will be directed to place your bags/luggage outside the Cadet Field House in our bags/luggage drop area. After checking in, boarders will be directed to the bus that will transport campers to the dorm. If you are a boarder driving your own vehicle, you will be asked to park in the Cadet Field House East parking lot on Check-in day. Boarders cannot use their vehicle until the end of camp.
(Airport) Boarders: If you are flying into Colorado Springs, we provide transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport only. Campers will not be met at their gate. (The Colorado Springs Airport is small and easy to navigate). We ask that you proceed downstairs to the AF Sports Camps desk in the baggage claim area. From there, camp personnel will escort campers to a bus where they will then be transported to the Air Force Academy's Cadet Field House for check-in. After check-in, boarders are transported to the dormitory area.
All Boarders: Following camp Check-In on Sunday, boarders will begin the process of meeting their counselors. At approximately 5:00pm, boarders will be escorted to Mitchell Hall or Arnold Hall for dinner. Following dinner, a mandatory meeting for all boarders will be held at 6:30pm in Clune Arena (located inside the Cadet Field House). Camp security and safety rules will be addressed and any questions can be answered at this time. (Note: Failure to follow camp rules may result in immediate dismissal with no refund). After the safety meeting, boarders will take part in a camp pep rally. The rest of Sunday evening will also be dedicated to ensure all boarders meet their respective cadet dorm counselor.

Note: All bags are subject to search. Security measures prohibit parents from going to the Cadet dorms.
Commuters: Commuter campers attending Session 1 or 2 will also check-in on Sunday prior to your camp session starting between the hours 1:00-4:00pm at the Cadet Field House. Camp starts promptly at 8:30am Monday morning. Commuters do have the options of checking in on Monday morning at 7:30am in the Cadet Field House as well.
Session 3 Check-In: Monday, June 23 between 7:30-8:30am in the Cadet Field House.
ALL CAMPS will end (checkout) at 12:00pm on Friday of their Session (1 or 2) or 4:00pm on Tuesday (Session 3).

**Boys Gymnastics - Session 1a ends at 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 11**
**Boys Basketball - Session 2 ends at 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 18**

All Parents/Guardians of Overnight Boarders:
Other than credentialed campers and authorized personnel, security measures prohibit parents or any non-camp attendee, from either driving or boarding the bus to the Cadet dorms/area during Sunday check-in. If a parent or family member wants to wait while their camper processes into the dorm they are certainly welcome to do so.
