Experience Gymnastics at the Academy
Air Force Gymnastics Camp provides competitive gymnasts with a fun yet challenging environment designed to complement their regular gymnastics training.
Camp instruction incorporates technical drills, specific skill instruction and appropriate progressions toward each gymnast's goals while also emphasizing conditioning, flexibility and mental preparedness.
Campers train in the Gymnastics Gym inside the Cadet Gym and have opportunities to work with Air Force coaches, collegiate gymnasts and experienced instructors.
Falcon Programs
One camp experience brings together the tradition and expertise of both Air Force Men's Gymnastics and Air Force Women's Gymnastics.
Boys & Girls Gymnastics
Each gymnastics camp is structured around competitive level so athletes can train in an appropriate developmental environment.
Competitive Boys Camp
Boys Gymnastics Camp is divided into two competitive-level groups to provide athletes with appropriate instruction and progression.
Session 1A: Recommended for Levels 4–8.
Session 1B: Recommended for Levels 9–10.
Campers work through technical drills, event-specific skill instruction, conditioning, flexibility and progressions designed around individual development.
Exact 1A and 1B check-in dates and times will be posted when finalized.
Competitive Girls Camp
Girls Gymnastics Camp provides two competitive opportunities designed for athletes at different stages of development.
Session 2A: Recommended for all competitive USAG or Xcel levels.
Session 2B: High Performance Camp recommended for Levels 8–Elite.
Campers receive technical instruction, skill progressions, conditioning, flexibility work and opportunities to develop their mental approach to gymnastics.

Important Camp Information

Competitive Camp
Gymnastics Camp is designed around competitive gymnastics levels, with separate Boys and Girls offerings.
Boarder Age
Campers staying overnight must be at least 12 years old.
Training Schedule
Gymnastics workouts generally include morning and afternoon training sessions in the Gymnastics Gym inside the Cadet Gym.
Skill Development
Training emphasizes technical drills, event-specific skills and appropriate progressions toward each gymnast's goals.
Complete Athlete
Camp instruction also includes conditioning, flexibility and mental preparedness.
Equipment
Gymnasts should bring their normal gymnastics equipment including grips, wristbands, shoes, leotards, shorts and other event-specific gear they regularly use.
