- Struck out career-high three batters in 1.2 innings at Stetson, Feb. 16
- Earned Academic All-MW Honors

- Appeared in 11 games, making one start at DH

- Also scored three runs and drew a walk
- Threw an inning of scoreless relief at Northern Colorado, May 7, with a K
- Named to both the Dean’s and ADs lists both semesters

HIGH SCHOOL (Sun Prairie): Lettered three years in baseball and basketball and two in football…Senior year: 2017 Rawlings PG HS All-American Honorable Mention, First-Team All-Big Eight Conference…Junior: 2016 Rawlings-PG HS All-American Underclass High Honorable Mention…Second Team All-Big Eight as a freshman and sophomore…was team captain in baseball, basketball and football…All-Big Eight in football…high school baseball coach was Rob Hamilton…played summer ball for Greg Reinhard Baseball Academy, coached by Greg Reinhard and Max Cordio.
PERSONAL: Member of cadet squadron 40 where he will be the Squadron Commander in the fall …parents are Steve and Lauri Hauser…has a younger brother…majoring in management… will commission as a Special Warfare TACP Officer upon graduation ... father played college baseball at Iowa State and later coached baseball at Mankato State University, Macalester College and Madison College…hobbies are hunting, fishing, golf, Xbox and hanging out with friends…something not many people know about him is that he can play the piano…favorite role model is his grandpa, Jack…favorite MLB team is the Milwaukee Brewers and favorite MLB player is Mike Trout.
Why I came to the Academy: “I came to the Academy because I wanted to be challenged in all areas and become the best person I can be, while having the opportunity to play Div. I baseball and serve my country.”
