Born in Arizona, Jeffress comes from a military family. Her parents are Adrienne and Henry Jeffress. She has one sister, Amelia. As a captain of her high school track and cheerleading team, she won multiple MVPs and DODEA Pacific titles. Jeffress competed as a flyer, base, and tumbler throughout high school. Participating in AFJROTC and National Honor Society, she graduated with an advanced diploma. She is a member of Cadet Squadron 30 and the USAFA Way of Life Club. She is considering systems engineering as her major.
