Born in Dallas, Texas, Lillian Buchanan comes from a military family. Her parents are Karen and James Buchanan. As an officer for her high school cheer and dance teams, she won two national championships and is a UCA All American cheerleader. She graduated from Founders Classical Academy in 2024 as a national merit scholar with a liberal arts education. She is a member of Cadet Squadron 33 and the USAFA Catholic Choir. She is considering cybersecurity and computer science as her major.
