Scott Winger, from Hartford City, IN, is the captain of the cheerleading team and carries a 3.0 GPA while majoring in economics and management. Winger has been a part of the cheer team for three years now while also serving as first sergeant of his squadron. He served as a flight non-commissioned officer this last summer for one of the top performing flights in the wing during basic cadet training.
