JUNIOR YEAR | 2017: Competed in three meets...recorded a personal-best 8K time of 26:26.9 to earn a top-15 finish at the Woody Greeno Invitational (14th)...finished 29th out of 127 runners at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (8K time of 27:06.1)...recorded a personal-best 5K time of 15:34.9 to place 34th at the Colorado State Invitational.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2016: Participated in two meets...ran a personal-best 8K of 27:18.0 to finish 33rd at the Rocky Mountain Shootout...opened the season with a career-best 5K time of 16:04.8 at the Colorado State Invitational (71st).
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2015: Competed in two meets...opened the season with a 5K time of 16:58.3 at the Colorado State Invitational (96th)...clocked an 8K time of 28:57.0 at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (98th).
HIGH SCHOOL: Parkersburg High School...earned all-state cross country honors in 2014...West Virginia state champion in the 1600-meter run as a senior...high point winner at the 2015 state championships...member of the 4x400-meter relay that claimed the state title in 2014...also competed in swimming...champion in the 200 free relay as a senior.
