JUNIOR YEAR | 2020: Earned second-team all-conference honors after finishing 11th at the Mountain West Championships…clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:01.6 at that meet…Falcons’ top finisher at the NCAA Championships…posted a 10K debut of 31:15.1 to finish 77th in the 251-runner field and lead Air Force to a 19th-place finish in the team standings…academic all-conference selection…named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2019: Competed in three meets...recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:29.1 to finish within the top half of the season at the UCCS Open (58th)...added a time of 27:20.3 at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational (120th)...opened the season with a four-mile time of 21:36.6 to finish 19th at the Air Force Open...academic all-conference selection.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2018: Competed in three meets...opened the season with 5K time of 16:41.7 at the Wyoming Invitational (53rd)...posted a career-best 8K time of 26:11.8 to finish 13th out of 175 runners in the Black Race at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open...added a time of 26:18.0 to finish 39th at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational...academic all-conference selection.
HIGH SCHOOL: Mira Loma High School...two-time all-league selection in cross country...earned all-league honors in track as a senior...member of the all-city cross country team...Division 2 section champion at 3200 meters...two-time Junior Olympic All-American in cross country...three-time individual qualifier to the state meet...earned Scholar-Athlete honors in cross country and track all four years...recognized by the California State Assembly and Senate as the 2016 Youth Volunteer of the Year in Sacramento...class salutatorian.
