JUNIOR YEAR | 2021: All-region and all-conference honoree…was the Falcons’ top finisher at the NCAA Mountain Regional, clocking a personal-best 10K time of 30:15.8 to finish 18th out of 129 runners…also scored for the Falcons at the NCAA Championships (30:33.1, 143rd)…posted an 8K time of 23:50.1 to finish 11th and earn second-team all-MW status at the Mountain West Championships…added a third-place time of 24:29.4 in the 95-runner ‘B’ race at the Nuttycombe Invitational…opened the season with a four-mile time of 20:15.9 at the Air Force Open (12th).
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2020: First-team all-conference honoree…Falcons’ No. 2 runner at both championship meets…clocked an 8K time of 23:49.8 to finish fifth out of 67 runners and help Air Force win the Mountain West title…also helped the team to a 19th-place finish at the NCAA Championships…clocked a 10K debut of 31:29.6 to finish 93rd out of 251 runners at the national meet...also ran an 8K race at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge, finishing 22nd with a career-best time of 23:46.7.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2019: Mountain West Freshman of the Year...became the first Falcon to claim that award after posting the best finish by a true freshman at the MW Championships...clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:23.9 to finish 41st at that meet...posted a time of 24:56.7 to finish fourth out of 127 runners at the UCCS Open...also ran that distance at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (24:55.4, 74th)...recorded an eighth-place finish in collegiate debut at the Air Force Open (four-mile time of 21:01.6).
MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: NCAA Outdoor Qualifier in the 5000-meter run as a junior…claimed all-conference honors in that event at both the indoor and outdoor Mountain West Championships that year…finished second at the MW Indoor meet to help Air Force to a 1-2-3 sweep…impacted the program’s all-time indoor standings in the 5000-meter run (13:49.31a, fourth all-time) and 3000-meter run (8:00.51a, seventh all-time) at that meet…posted the fourth-fastest outdoor time at 5000 meters (13:45.23) at the Mt SAC Relays…ran on the 4x1600-meter relay that clocked the fourth-fastest time in Air Force history (16:46.51) at the Drake Relays.
