SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2019: Competed in three meets....clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:52.4 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (70th of 143)...added a time of 25:27.1 to finish 24th out of 127 runners at the UCCS Open...finished seventh at the Air Force Open after recording a four-mile time of 20:54.7...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
 
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2018: Ran in two competitions...opened the season with a 5K time of 17:35.8 at the Wyoming Invitational (73rd)...finished within the top 50 of the Black Race at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open...recorded an 8K time of 27:02.6 to finish 40th out of 175 runners at that meet...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Greenwood High School...named the Arkansas River Valley All-Star Prep Cross Country and Track Runner of the Year for the 2017-18 academic year...won the 3200-meter title at the Arkansas 6A State Championship as a senior...finished second in the 1600-meter run at that meet...also earned a runner-up finish at the state cross country championships in 2017...three-time all-conference selection in both track and cross country...earned all-state honors in both sports as a junior and senior...posted a career-best 1600-meter time of 4:26.5...also earned all-conference honors in football as a freshman...graduated with a 4.23 GPA...named a Distinguished Graduate...member of the Arkansas Academic All-Star Team.
