SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2017: Participated in five meets, including all three postseason events...made 10K debut at the NCAA Mountain Regional, clocking a personal-best time of 31:23.5 to finish 40th in the 121-runner field...also ran that distance at the NCAA Championships (31:32.5, 193rd)...registered an 8K time of 24:59.8 to finish 34th at the Mountain West Championships...posted a career-best 5K time of 15:41.8 to finish 39th at the season-opening Colorado State Invitational...added a five-mile time of 24:57.9 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (79th).

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2016: Participated in three meets...posted a season-best 8K time of 26:54.0 to finish 32nd out of 219 runners at the Woody Greeno Invitational...completed the Rocky Mountain Shootout course in a time of 27:11.2 (29th)...opened the season with a 5K time of 16:02.5 at the Colorado State Invitational.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Earned all-conference honors in the distance medley relay at the 2019 Mountain West Indoor Championships...anchored the squad that accounted for the ninth-fastest time in Academy history – 9:45.82 (adjusted for altitude) – to finish third at that meet...ran on the 4x1600-meter relay that won the 2018 Drake Relays...led off the 2019 relay that accounted for the second-fastest time in program history (16:40.31)
