FRESHMAN YEAR | 2022-23: Recorded Air Force Top 10 times in both outdoor hurdle events…clocked the third-fastest 100-meter hurdles time in Academy history during a 14.42 performance in the finals of the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…initially clocked the program’s No. 3 time one day earlier, with a 14.43 finish in the preliminary round…debuted on the Academy’s Top 10 (eighth) in collegiate debut…ran a 14.59 to win the Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invitational…also won that event at the Tom Benich Invitational…added a wind-aided time of 14.30 (+2.5) at the Pacific Coast Intercollege…recorded the seventh-fastest 400-meter hurdles time in program history (1:02.11) during event debut at the Spank Blasing Invitational…named Mountain West Freshman of the Week in back-to-back weeks during the outdoor season…ran the sprint leg of the distance medley relay that clocked the sixth-fastest time in Academy history (11:46.99, adjusted for altitude) during a fifth-place finish at the Mountain West Indoor Championships…also competed in the 400-meter dash three times during the indoor season…debuted at No. 25 on the program’s all-time standings after clocking a career-best time of 58.86 at the conference meet.
HIGH SCHOOL: Georgetown High School…qualified to two Texas 5A state championship meets in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay…set the school record in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 43.20…also ran on the 4x400-meter relay that broke the GHS record…competed in two Texas 5A cross country championships…member of the basketball team that advanced to the Elite 8…all-region selection…participated in Girls State…academic all-state honoree.
PERSONAL: Full first name is Jacqueline Marie Spencer…goes by Jacqui…daughter of Sean and Shelley Spencer…has a twin sister, Brianna, who attends UCCS…majoring in management…earning a minor in French…future plans include working in the Office of Special Investigations…named to the Dean’s List and Athletic Director’s List…currently serving as the Character and Honor NCOIC…hobbies include playing board games and mini-golfing…traveled to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, over the summer for Operation Air Force…member of Cadet Squadron 05.
