JUNIOR YEAR | 2019-20: Earned all-conference honors as the leadoff runner of the distance medley relay that finished second at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (9:49.02, adjusted for altitude)...competed in the mile during five meets...clocked a career-best time of 4:08.37a to earn runner-up honors at the Air Force Team Challenge...that was the third-fastest time on the team in 2020...added a top-three finish at the Colorado Invitational (4:10.00a, third)...competed in the 3000-meter run at the conference meet, posting a career-best time of 8:21.50a.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2018-19: Ran in three different events...competed in the 800-meter run during both the indoor and outdoor season...accounted for a career-best outdoor time of 1:53.96 (adjusted for altitude) at the UNC Invitational...clocked 1:59.49a in only indoor appearance at the Potts Invitational...posted a career-best 1500-meter time of 4:52.94 at the Colorado Invitational...also accounted for a career-best time in the mile, posting a 4:15.30a at the Air Force Collegiate Open.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2017-18: Competed in the 1500-meter run during three meets...clocked a career-best time of 3:55.49 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...participated in the 800-meter run once during the outdoor season, clocking a time of 1:54.33 (adjusted for altitude) to finish fourth at the 7220 Invitational...ran the mile twice indoors...posted a personal-best time of 4:16.88a at the Air Force Collegiate Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lafayette High School...all-state honoree in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track all four years...member of the cross country team that won the Virginia 3A state title...also competed on the indoor track team that won the state title...ran on the 4x800-meter relay that won the outdoor state title...finished second in the 1600-meter run at that meet.
