Stallman joined the Air Force program following a successful season as an assistant coach at Arizona State. Stallman, who joined the Sun Devils’ staff as a volunteer coach in January 2023 before being promoted to a full-time assistant that July, helped Arizona State to a 28-7 record, the program’s first NCAA appearance since 2015, its first Sweet 16 appearance since 1995, and the second-highest win total in program history (28). In addition to seeing the Sun Devils ranked as high as No. 15 in the nation and sweep top-five teams from No. 5 Oregon and No. 3 Stanford, Stallman helped ASU to its best conference finish since 1993 (third, 14-6) and saw three of her athletes claim All-America honors, including one first-team nod.
Prior to her stint at Arizona State, Stallman spent four seasons on the coaching staff at Ottawa University Arizona, serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Spirit. She helped the team to the Golden State Athletic Conference title in 2021, while seeing the squad ranked as high as No. 16 in the NAIA. A two-time GSAC Assistant Coach of the Year and the 2021 NAIA/AVCA Southwest Region Assistant Coach of the Year, Stallman coached two All-Americans at OUAZ.
Stallman also coached for the Revolution Volleyball Academy and USAV High Performance during her time in Arizona.
Stallman (formerly Kater) spent three seasons as a setter at MidAmerica Nazarene University, before playing one year at OUAZ. During her junior year at MNU, Stallman helped the Pioneers to the final site of the NAIA National Championships and finished the year as a NAIA First-Team All-American and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete. A two-time HAAC Setter of the Year (2015-16), Stallman also earned the conference’s Player of the Year award in 2015 and was a member of the MNU All-Decade Team. In her lone season at Ottawa University Arizona (2016), Stallman set the program record for assists in a season (951) and assists in a match (58). She added 122 kills and .340 hitting from her setter position, while collecting 226 digs and 36 blocks, enroute to another NAIA First Team All-America season.
Stallman, who is married to Air Force assistant coach Taylor Stallman, graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a degree in kinesiology in 2017 and earned a Master of Arts and Leadership from Ottawa University Arizona in 2020.
