Karlee Curtis is the Assistant Director for Compliance at Air Force Athletics. Curtis, who started in July 2023, is responsible for monitoring NCAA compliance.
A native of southern Colorado, Curtis graduated from Pueblo South High School in 2016 and lettered in tennis, cheerleading, and academic honors.
Following graduation, Curtis attended the University of Colorado Boulder for her undergraduate degree where she studied economics on a pre-law track. From there, Curtis pursued her juris doctor degree and sports law certificate from Creighton University. While at Creighton, she interned for the Blue Jay’s athletics compliance office as well as the PAC-12’s general counsel’s office. Curtis is licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana and Colorado.
Prior to Air Force, Curtis worked at the NCAA national headquarters in Indianapolis where she served as a member of the Student-Athlete Reinstatement team in its Academic and Membership Affairs department. Her work focused on waivers, legislation interpretation, and governance organization.
Curtis enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
