Temple Earns Conference Weekly Honor

Junior Sean Temple was selected as the Mountain West Conference Men's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week. Temple, a junior from Monument, CO (Lewis-Palmer HS), set a new Mountain West Conference record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 7.90 at the Air Force Invitational last Saturday. His time broke the record of 9.95 held by Randy Himes from Brigham Young set last year.

Temple and his teammates travel to Laramie, WY this Saturday to compete in a triangular meet with Wyoming and Colorado State. The Falcons next home meet is Feb. 8th when they host Colorado, Colorado State and TCU in the Air Force Classic.
