Columbia Shuts Out Air Force, 7-0

Columbia took two of the three doubles matches to win the point and swept the singles in a 7-0 win over Air Force on Sunday. It was the Lions' third straight victory of the spring and fourth in a row dating back to the fall. The victory improved the Light Blue to 4-1 on the season, while the Falcons dropped to 4-4.
Senior Heather Shelby and freshman Katherine Bushey won the No. 2 doubles match for Air Force, defeating Melissa Nguyen and Leena Krishnaswamy, 9-7.
Columbia won all six singles matches in straight sets.
