Air Force To Be Featured On Golf Channel

USAFA, Colo. -- The Air Force golf team gets some national exposure this week when it is featured on College Central, a weekly program on The Golf Channel dedicated to highlighting collegiate golf. The program is scheduled to air Thursday, Oct. 6 at 8:30 p.m. (MT).
Steve Burkowski, host of College Central, came out to the Air Force Academy on Sept. 6 for a campus visit with senior captain Scott Redmond (Columbus, Ga.) and junior Tyler Goulding (Tracy, Calif.). Redmond and Goulding walked the Golf Channel crew through a typical day in the life of a cadet, showing them some of the more unique aspects of the Air Force Academy.
The episode featuring the Air Force golfers will re-air three times on Friday, Oct. 7--at 1:00 a.m., 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (all times Mountain).
