Nick Frawley Ties for Seventh at NCAA Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Air Force junior Nick Frawley cleared 17'2¾" to tie for seventh in the pole vault at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in College Station, Texas, on Friday, March 13. That finish is an eight-spot improvement over his 15th-place finish at the 2008 national indoor meet.
Frawley tied with Virginia Tech's Hunter Hall for seventh, as the duo matched the 17'2¾" height. That mark equaled the fourth-best clearance of the night and Frawley's third-best height of the season.
Rice's Jason Colwick won the 14-competitor event with a mark of 18'4½".
