Falcons Host Three Spring Matches This Weekend

The Air Force men's soccer team hosts three matches this weekend at the Academy as part of its spring schedule. Air Force will play Colorado School of Mines (10 a.m.) and Regis University (2 p.m.) on Saturday, April 17, then Division II national champion Fort Lewis on Sunday, April 18 at 1 p.m.

Last weekend, the Falcons traveled to Las Vegas and recorded two shutouts. AFA defeated UC Riverside, 2-0, thanks to one goal each from sophomore Garrett Getschow and freshman Zane Dydasco. Freshmen Mike Mauro and Matt Underwood split the game in goal to combine for the shutout. Mauro then split time with junior Patrick Gould in a 0-0 tie with Mountain Pacific Sports Federation foe UNLV.
