Robert Drye Wraps Up Action at Drake Relays

DES MOINES, Iowa - Air Force sophomore thrower Robert Drye wrapped up competition for the Air Force track and field team this afternoon (April 24) at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. The only Falcon to compete on Saturday afternoon, Drye placed 23rd in the hammer throw with a distance of 173'11".
Drye fouled off his first two attempts, before recording the throw of 173'11" on his final chance.
The Falcons head to Fort Collins, Colo., next Saturday (May 1), when they compete at the third-annual Front Range Invitational.
