Conor Henry Named First-Team Academic All-District

Air Force junior forward Conor Henry was named to the Capital One Academic All-District men's soccer team , released today by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Henry earned first-team District VII honors for Division I programs and will now be placed on the Academic All-America ballot.
Henry, from Bourne, Md., was a member of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation all-academic team and a Mountain West Conference scholar-athlete last season. He currently maintains a 3.61 grade-point average and is majoring in systems engineering management.
Henry has one goal and two assists the season for the Falcons, his only goal coming in a 6-1 rout over Buffalo. He has four goals and two assists in his career.
The Falcons, 10-5-2 overall and 4-3-2 in the MPSF, close out their 2011 regular season tonight against the University of Denver, beginning at 6 p.m. at Cadet Soccer Stadium.
