Air Force Baseball Begins Blue-White Series This Weekend

Air Force baseball caps the 2015 fall practice season with its annual Blue-White Series beginning Saturday, Oct. 24, at Falcon Field. Three games are slated to be played, with the finale being on Monday, Oct. 26. Admission is free and all fans of Falcon baseball are welcome to come out and watch the series.

First pitch for game one is slated for 11 a.m. on Saturday. Senior left-hander Trent Monaghan and sophomore right-hander Nick Biancalana are the starting pitchers in the opening matchup.

Sunday's game begins at 12 p.m. A pair of hard-throwing juniors in lefty Jacob DeVries and righty Griffin Jax will do battle on the mound.

Monday's first pitch is 3 p.m. A pair of freshmen take the mound in righty Matt Hargreaves and lefty Ethan Nichols.
