Oosterhous, one of the best tennis players in program history, led the Falcons to a 10-12 record last season. The coach led the 2013-14 team to a 13-12 record, its first winning season since 2006 and the most wins in one campaign since 2005. The Falcons also achieved their highest national rank in program history at No. 63 and finished the season ranked eighth in the Mountain Region, their best finish since 2005. Oosterhous has a 65-77 career record. Oosterhous, a native of Texarkana, Texas, is a 1993 graduate of the Air Force Academy. He is a senior pilot with over 3,100 hours in the C-5, C-21, T-38, and T-37. He has three children, Emma (18), Anna (16) and Andrew (14).
Oosterhous comments: "Our guys are healthy and strong heading into a big opening weekend against two very tough teams. We've had a very good off-season and are ready to start our push for a Mountain West championship. A big upgrade we made in our facilities is we now have live-streaming video for all our home indoor matches and it will help connect our alumni, families and fans to our team."
