Air Force completes second day in two tournaments

Air Force completed the second day of two tournaments on Saturday. The Falcons competed in the New Mexico Balloon Fiesta Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M. and the Dar Walters Fall Classic in Boise, Idaho.
Junior Max Olson won twice in singles at the Dar Walters Classic to advance in bracket play. Nicholas Carpenter went 1-1 in singles on the day. Lucas Fumagalli dropped his only singles match was Austin Gula went 0-2 on the day. In doubles action, Fumagalli and Olson dropped the team's only match in a tie-breaker.
Isaac Perez and David Mottice posted a 2-0 mark in doubles to pace the Falcons at the New Mexico Balloon Fiesta Invitational. Sophomore Luke Sanderson won again in singles and goes into the final day with a 3-0 mark in the No. 2 doubles flight.
Play concludes in both tournaments on Sunday.
