Air Force (5-2 overall, 1-0 SoCon) plays the High Point Panthers (4-3 overall, 0-0 SoCon), Saturday, March 19, at 2 p.m. MT in Falcon Stadium.

The Streak
Air Force has won five straight games and has improved to 5-2 overall this season. The streak started with a four-overtime win at Marist. Three of the five wins have been by three goals or less and four of the them have come on the road.
Series vs. High Point
Air Force and High Point will meet for the third time in the history of both programs. The teams first met at the Academy in 2013 and Air Force won, 14-4. Last season, the teams played in North Carolina and the Panthers won 10-9.
Scouting the Panthers
High Point is 4-3 overall this season. The Panthers' first league game will be on Saturday vs. Air Force. High Point has played two teams ranked in the top 10. High Point led No. 4 Maryland in the third quarter, before falling, 15-10, Feb. 20. The next week, High Point defeated No. 10 Virginia, 12-11, in overtime in Charlottesville, Va. The win started a four-game winning streak for High Point that included wins over Robert Morris, Marist and Providence. Last week. High Point raced out to a 7-0 lead on Providence and then held off the Friars for a 13-12 win. Matt Thistle leads the team with 26 points. Dan Lomas leads the team with 21 goals, to rank first in the conference and eighth in the nation. High Point leads the league and ranks 21st in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 11.00 goals per game.
