SPARKS, Md. — USA Lacrosse revealed its NCAA Division I Men's All-Americans on Thursday, honoring the top individual performers of the 2026 season. Air Force's Cole Cunningham became the 18th Falcon in program history to earn All-America honors. The Falcons have had an All-American for three years running.
Cunningham was instrumental in leading Air Force to its third-straight share of the ASUN Conference Regular Season title. A 2026 All-ASUN First-Team selection, Cole led the Falcons with 75 ground balls and 25 caused turnovers, ranking fifth in the ASUN in both categories. He picked up a career-best nine ground balls with three CTOs in the upset win against No. 18 Utah, helping Air Force to the regular season title. His 205 career ground balls ties for fifth most in program history while his 54 career caused turnovers ties for seventh. At the conclusion of his playing career at the Academy, Cunnigham has earned All-America, ASUN Conference Specialist of the Year, two First-Team ASUN All-Conference honors, two Academic All-Conference honors, CSC Academic All-America honors and two conference Player of the Week honors.
Thirty-eight Division I programs are represented and 98 players have earned recognition. A set number of slots per position were allotted across the first, second and third teams, plus honorable mentions: 21 attack, 21 midfield, 21 close defense, 14 short-stick defensive midfield, seven long-stick midfield, seven faceoff and seven goalie.
Princeton had the most representatives (eight), followed by Richmond (seven), and then Syracuse, Notre Dame and North Carolina with six apiece.
All-Americans were chosen by USA Lacrosse Magazine staff with input from coaches and conferences across the country.
