***Sunday game confirmed***
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Due to inclement weather forecast for the weekend, the baseball series between Fresno State and Air Force has been moved to Grand Junction. The teams are scheduled to play a doubleheader Saturday, April 30, and one game Sunday, May 1, at Suplizio Field.
The doubleheader will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday's game will also begin at 11 am.
A combination of rain and snow has been forecast all weekend for the Front Range, forcing the move to Grand Junction, which has a weekend forecast of more favorable weather.
Air Force and Fresno State were originally slated to play a three-game series, April 29-May 1, at Falcon Field at the Academy.
Suplizio Field is the home field for Colorado Mesa University and the Rookie-level Grand Junction Rockies of the Pioneer League. Suplizio Field has also been the home of the Junior College World Series since 1958.
