Air Force Hosts Utah State and Boise State
Air Force women's soccer hosts Utah State and Boise State in Mountain West action this weekend, Sept. 30-Oct. 2. The Falcons take on Utah State on Friday, Sept. 30 and Boise State on Sunday, Oct. 2. Live video and stats will be available for both matches.
Last Time Out
Air Force went 1-1 last the weekend, falling at San Diego State and winning at New Mexico.
On Friday, the Falcons lost 2-0 at SDSU.
On Sunday, the Falcons won 2-1 at New Mexico, snapping a 12-match winless streak to the Lobos. It was Air Force's first win at UNM since 2002.
Taylor Cobb scored Air Force's first goal at the 20th minute. After a UNM goal on a penalty kick in the 72nd minute, Kristina O'Sullivan scored off a free kick from near midfield in the 81st minute for the win.

Last Year vs. Utah State
Air Force women's soccer dropped a 2-0 match at Utah State on Oct. 16, 2015 at Bell Field.
Utah State scored in the 27th and 68th minutes. Jayne Robison scored the first goal off a corner kick set and Jessica Brooksby scored the second goal.
Air Force had 13 shots on the night, but could not find the back of the net. Brooke Rittmann led the Falcons with five shots, three on goal. Angela Karamanos added three shots, two on goal.
Alex Kahalley recorded three saves in goal for AFA. The Falcons had three corner kicks and committed just four fouls.

Air Force dropped a 2-1 match at Boise State on Oct. 18, 2015 at the Boas Tennis & Soccer Complex.
Brooke Heideman's goal in the 71st was the game-winner for Boise State.
It was a tough loss for the Falcons, who had rallied to tie the match after an early second-half goal by the Broncos.
After a scoreless first half of play, Boise State scored in the 46th minute as Hannah Smith netted the goal. Air Force tied it up in the 50th minute, as Meredith Reisinger scored on a loose ball after a free kick.
The Falcons had 12 shots on the day, four on goal. Senior Ally Swift and Angela Karamanos had three shots each. Jennifer Hiddink had two saves in goal for the Falcons.
