Falcons hosts Sunbirds in final home game of the season
THIS WEEK: Air Force (6-14, 2-3 WWPA) hosts Fresno Pacific (5-16, 0-5) in a Western Water Polo Association game, Saturday, Oct. 27, at noon MT, at the Cadet Natatorium. FINAL HOME GAME: Air Force's final home game is Saturday, Oct. 27, when the Falcons host Fresno Pacific. It is the final home game for four seniors: George Millard, Justin Harrison, Edward Smet and Ryan Dorris.

SERIES RECORDS: Air Force and Fresno Pacific will meet for the 11th time since the series began in 2010. The Falcons are 9-1 against the Sunbirds, with the only loss coming in 2015. Air Force has won four straight in the series. Last season, Air Force defeated Fresno Pacific, 13-11. Edward Smet had three goals and James Burke made eight saves for the Falcons.
LAST WEEK: Air Force lost three games to nationally-ranked teams. After a 14-8 conference loss at No. 8 UC Davis, the Falcons fell to No. 10 Wagner (11-8) and No. 17 Bucknell. In the three-game road swing, Justin Harrison had six goals and one assist, Luke Andres had five goals while Campbell Harris had four goals. Reagan Pittman had four points (2-2-4).
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: Luke Andres leads the Falcons with 48 goals and 67 points. Andres is fourth in the league in points and fifth in goals. Reagan Pittman leads the team with 27 assists and has 44 points. Pittman is sixth in the WWPA in assists. Andres, Pittman and Edward Smet are tied for the team lead with 19 steals. James Burke ranks fourth in the conference with 121 saves.
STRONG AT HOME: Air Force is 2-1 at home this season with the only loss to No. 8 UC San Diego. Air Force has conference wins over Concordia (19-11) on Sept. 15 and Santa Clara (18-13) on Oct. 6.
