The Falcons will face the Mustangs in a neutral site dual
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The Air Force Academy men's swimming and diving team is in the Sunshine State for its winter break training trip, and while they are there they will take on Cal Poly in a neutral site dual Wednesday morning, Dec. 19, at the Aztec Aquaplex on the campus of San Diego State. Action against the Mustangs is set to begin at 11 a.m. MT.
In addition to the men's teams competing, the Air Force women's team, along with host SDSU and Cal Poly, will also be in competition.
The Falcons enter the week with a 3-4-1 dual record, including 0-2-1 in the WAC. Air Force has had three individual top-10 program history times this season, including an NCAA B Cut time from junior Zach Nelson in the 200 breaststroke.
This meet marks AF's final event of the calendar year, as they will return to action Friday-Saturday, Jan. 11-12, when they take on Seattle University and Simon Fraser in Federal Way, Wash.
