
Air Force Women's Swimming Drops Tri Meet in California

The Falcons had three top three finishes
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The Air Force Academy women's swimming team wrapped up its California training trip with a tri meet against San Diego State and Cal Poly Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 19, at the Aztec Aquaplex. The Falcons fell to both SDSU and Cal Poly, 193-93, and 230-64.
The Falcons had three top three finishes on the day, highlighted by an event win from junior Esther Min in the 100 fly. The Alaska native clocked in with a 57.76.
Air Force's other top three's came from sophomore Kylie Stronko in the 200 back, as she took bronze, while the other was in the 400 free relay, as the squad of Min, senior Jessica Chen, junior Autumn Wolfgramm, and freshman Emily Bardak took third.
The Falcons are now done with competition in 2018, as they will return to action Friday-Saturday, Jan. 11-12, when they take on Seattle University in Federal Way, Wash.
