U.S. AIR FOaRCE ACADEMY, Colo. --- The Air Force golf team tied for 17^th at the annual Kingsmill Intercollegiate at the Kingsmill Resort, Tuesday March 27, in Williamsburg, Va. Air Force shot a three-round total of 905 in the 25-team tournament. Southern Illinois won the event with a three-round total of 862.

Senior Tate Tatom finished in a tie for 16^th place with an eight-over 218. After an opening round 70, Tatom shot a 75 in round two and a 73 in round three. Andy Germann shot a 17-over 227 over the three days, including a 74 in round two.

Air Force will compete in the annual Cowboy Invitational, April 9-10, in Chandler, Ariz.
