Ryan Holloway Earns MW Pitcher of the Week Honors

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Senior left hand pitcher Ryan Holloway of Air Force baseball was named Mountain West Pitcher of the Week for games played during the week of April 16-22, announced today by the conference office. It is Holloway's second MW weekly honor this season.
The senior tossed a complete game six-hitter in Air Force's 3-1 win over Nevada. Facing the first-place and hop hitting team in MW play, Holloway held the Wolf Pack to one extra base hit in nine innings pitched. He retired the first batter in eight innings and never faced more than five batters in an inning. The senior tied a career-high with eight strikeouts.
The Lake Mary, Fla. native, is Air Force's first multiple MW pitcher of the Week honoree since Griffin Jax earned three pitcher of the week honors in 2016.
