Ihrig Makes Consolation Final At ITA Mountain Regional

Air Force men's tennis completed day four action Saturday at the 2019 ITA Mountain Regional Championships, hosted by the University of Denver. Freshman Morgan Ihrig won his semifinal match in the consolation singles to advance to the championship match Sunday.
Ihrig won his fifth-consecutive match in the consolation draw defeating Pedro Fernandez del Valle of Denver in two sets 6-4, 6-4.
The freshman will take on Julien Evrard of Nevada in the consolation championship tomorrow, Oct. 20.

Morgan Ihrig def. Pedro Fernandez del Valle (Denver) 6-4, 6-4
Ihrig won his fifth-consecutive match in the consolation draw defeating Pedro Fernandez del Valle of Denver in two sets 6-4, 6-4.
