DES MOINES, Iowa – Air Force junior Teri Brady clocked the eighth-fastest 5000-meter time in Academy history this evening (April 25), as a small handful of track athletes opened the 110th-annual Drake Relays with the Distance Carnival in Des Moines, Iowa.

On the men's side, the Falcons were represented by a pair of seniors on the Blue Oval. Erik McMillan registered a time of 30:46.64 to finish ninth out of 22 runners in his 10,000-meter debut, while Mickey Davey clocked time of 14:24.44 to finish 15th in the seeded section of the two 5000-meter events.
Air Force continues action at the Drake Relays tomorrow (April 26), beginning with the women's 4x1600-meter event at Drake Stadium at 10:42 a.m. (CT).
