The Falcons will host the Cardinals alongside the women
USAFA, Colo. -- The Air Force Academy men's swimming and diving team gets back into action this weekend when it plays host to Incarnate Word for two duals over two days, Friday-Saturday, Jan. 10-11. Swimming begins at 5 p.m. MT on Friday and continues at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Both days will serve as individual dual meets, with team scoring added up at the conclusion of both meets. The dual will run alongside the women, who are also hosting the Cardinals of UIW.
The Falcons last saw Incarnate Word back in the 17-18 season, when they hosted them in a two-day tri-meet down at Colorado College. AF was victorious in both duals, 138-97 and 137-90.
The last time out, Air Force competed at the Art Adamson Invitational, Nov. 21-23 down in College Station, Texas. As a team, AF finished with 487 points to finish in fifth place, while numerous swimmers set new program top-10 best times and a handful qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in Long Course swims.
After this weekend, Air Force will host another meet, this time a two-day dual with WAC rival Seattle University. The event will run Friday-Saturday, Jan. 17-18.
