Falcons Set to Host Annual Air Force Diving Invitational

USAFA, Colo. – The Air Force Academy men's and women's diving teams are set to host the annual Air Force Diving Invitational, Thursday-Saturday, Feb. 4-6 at the Cadet Natatorium. The Falcons will welcome in six other teams for three days of diving competition.

Live results and a live stream will be available on Dive Meets and YouTube, respectively.

In addition to the Falcons, divers from BYU, Cal Baptist, Colorado Mesa, Colorado State, Utah, and Wyoming will also participate. Each of the three dives will be contested, with the men's 1M and women's 3M on Thursday, vice versa for Friday, and the platform on Saturday.

The meet will have a standard invitational style, with both springboard dives having a preliminary, consolation, and finals round, while the platform will have just a prelim and final. The schedule will be as follows:

Thursday, Feb. 4

Men 1M

Prelim – 1:45 p.m.
Consolation – 3 p.m.
Finals – 7 p.m.

Women 3M

Prelim – 10 a.m.
Consolation – 11:45 a.m.
Finals – 6 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 5

Men 3M

Prelim – 1:45 p.m.
Consolation – 3 p.m.
Finals – 7 p.m.

Women 1M

Prelim – 10 a.m.
Consolation – 11:45 a.m.
Finals – 6 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 6

Men Platform

Prelim – 1:15 p.m.
Finals – 3 p.m.

Women 1M

Prelim – 10 a.m.
Finals – 11:15 a.m.
