Falcon Swimming Travels to Denver for Sprint Eliminator

The men's and women's swimming teams travel to the University of Denver to compete in the Sprint Eliminator, Saturday (Jan. 29). Action is slated to begin at 1 p.m. MT in the El Pomar Natatorium.

The Falcons play host at the Air Force Diving Invitational, Thursday to Saturday (Feb. 3-5), in Cadet Natatorium. Action is slated to begin at 10 a.m. each day.
Swimming returns to action at the University of Denver for the Last Chance Invitational, February 11-12, at the El Pomar Natatorium. Action on Friday (Feb. 11) begins at 5 p.m., while swimming starts at 10:30 on Saturday.
LAST TIME OUT
Air Force women battled to a narrow loss against undefeated Mountain West rival Colorado State, 157.50-142.50, Saturday afternoon (Jan. 22) at Cadet Natatorium. The Falcons won six-of-seven events against a strong squad of CSU swimmers.
Falcon men's last competition was at BYU, January 15, where they were outscored at Brigham Young, 197.00-136.00, in a two-day dual meet at BYU. The Falcons saw winners in five events with 18 finishes in the top-three.
COVID POLICY AT USAFA
Current Department of Defense and Air Force Academy policies require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask when indoors in all Academy facilities, including the press box, Blue and Silver Club, suites, elevators and restrooms. All individuals who have not been fully vaccinated must also wear masks outdoors at all times while on the installation. Fans who are fully vaccinated and are not required to wear a mask when outdoors. Anyone with a COVID-19 diagnosis within the previous 10 days, or any symptoms suggestive of possible COVID-19, or a recent close contact with an individual known to be positive for COVID-19 should not come to the stadium. These policies will be constantly evaluated and any changes will be communicated.
