Kahle and Park lead Falcons at BYU

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Cameron Kahle and Christopher Park led Air Force in the final round of the Ping Cougar Classic, hosted by BYU, Saturday, April 23, at the Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah.
The freshman pair each shot 76 on the final day of the tournament. Kahle was the top Falcon over 54 holes, shooting 227. Park finished a shot back at 228. Sophomore Aaron Kuznik shot 232, followed by junior Isaac Layne at 239 and sophomore Max Heupel at 248.
Three Falcons competed as individuals, senior Jonathan Farmer (240), senior Colter Baca (245) and freshman Sam Schuhl, in his first collegiate tournament, (262).
Air Force placed 13th with a 926. The host school, BYU, won the tournament at 832. San Diego was second (839) followed by Colorado State (851) and Washington State with an even par (864).
The spring season concludes with the Mountain West Championships, April 29-May 1, in Bremerton, Wash.
