#68 Air Force Falls at Grand Canyon

No. 68 Air Force men's tennis dropped a 6-1 road match at Grand Canyon in non-conference action Sunday afternoon at the GCU Tennis Facility in Phoenix, Ariz. The Falcons dropped to 11-3 on the season.
Freshman Phillip Deaton picked up Air Force's point with a win in singles play. Deaton won at No. 4 over Paolo Rosatin in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2.
The Falcons opened by allowing the doubles point to GCU with losses at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles.
The Antelopes went up 3-0 with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles before Deaton picked up the win at No. 4. GCU clinched with match with a win at No. 3 singles.
Air Force is slated to return to action next Saturday, March 18, opening Mountain West competition at Nevada.
