AUSTIN, Texas – Air Force's Cameron Harris capped a stellar senior season by earning All-America honors in the 110-meter hurdles this evening (June 7), during the opening day of competition at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Austin, Texas.
Crossing the finish line in a time of 13.62 – a mark that only trails his own Academy Record on the program's all-time standings, Harris finished 13th in the national semifinal to garner second-team All-America status. With that finish, Harris – a newly minted second lieutenant in the U.S. Space Force, became just the second Falcon to ever claim All-America status in the 110-meter hurdles.
Air Force returns to Mike A Myers Stadium on Friday (June 9) for the second night of men's competition at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
