Cameron Harris advanced on time during the prelim final of the 110-meter hurdles, while Sam Gilman and Eli Bennett used strong finishing laps to claim Auto Qs into the final of the 5000-meter run.
FAST FACTS
Sam Gilman, who claimed First-Team All-America honors in the 5000-meter run last year, will be competing in his sixth-straight NCAA Championship meet (21-22 cross country, 22-23 indoor track, 22-23 outdoor track). After becoming the sixth Falcon in 12 years to qualify for all three national meets in the same academic year during the 2021-22 school year, Gilman is the first to do so in multiple years.

Jim Murphy (5000-meter run: 1964), Dana Pounds (javelin throw: 2005, 2006) and Mahala Norris (3000-meter steeplechase: 2021) are the Falcons' three DI national champions, while Pounds, Nick Frawley and Sara Neubauer lead the program's DI Record Book with three Outdoor All-America awards each.
