Series History vs. Hawaii
-Thursday will mark just the third meeting all time between Air Force and Hawaii.
-The first meeting took place in 1996, a 2-1 Air Force home win.
-The only other contest, a 2016 matchup, saw the Rainbow Wahine defeat the Falcons 2-1 at USAFA.

-Sophomore Caeli Sherman, who led the Falcons in a variety of statistical categories a season ago, returns to the pitch in an effort to build off of a breakout freshman campaign.
-Sherman led Air Force in goals (4), points (9), shots (41) and shots on goal (19) in 2022.
-Named to the Mountain West All-Newcomer Team last season, Sherman was tied for the team lead with two game-winning goals.
-Sherman has already notched her first score of 2023, tallying a game-winning goal in the Falcons 3-2 win over Stetson.

-After not seeing the pitch in 2022, Mia Otero has returned in style, already leading the Falcons in points (5).
-Otero was responsible for the game-winning score against Northern Colorado, breaking a 1-1 tie in the 69th minute.
-The junior also supplied her first-career assist in the 35th minute in Air Force's 3-2 win over Stetson.
-Otero has amassed an impressive 11 career points in just 15 career matches.
-In three matches thus far, seven of Otero's eight shots have been on goal (.875 SOG%).
-Otero's .875 SOG% is the fifth-highest in Division I.
Baby Birds Have Arrived
-In three matches thus far, the Falcons have seen 56% of their available minutes allocated to either freshmen or sophomore outfield players.
-Freshman Addie Doyle posted the first score of the 2023 season for the Falcons, becoming the first freshman since Micah Larkin in 2018 to notch the first goal of a new campaign.
-Freshman Julia Tierney now leads the team with two assists, as six of Air Force's 14 points have been credited to underclassmen .
-C4C Kendall Rippley has not been afraid to test opposing keepers, leading Air Force with 11 total shot attempts.
