Falcons set to host Air Force Diving Invitational

The Falcons are prepared to host the annual Air Force Diving Invitational starting Thursday, February 1, running through Saturday, February 3. Air Force, competing against the likes of Arizona State, BYU, California Baptist, Colorado Mesa, Colorado State, Denver, Northern Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Competition will begin at 10:30 am MT on Thursday and Friday before a 10:00 am MT start on the final day of the three-day meet.

Last Time Out (Women)
-On January 26, Air Force divers competed against Denver, exclusively in the platform dive.
-Jaymie Yow was the Falcons top scorer, notching 182.70 points in her five attempts.
-Kadyn Macpherson (151.35) and Ashley Griffith (148.95) were also among the Air Force divers to participate.
-Air Force also hit the boards on January 27 at the Colorado Sprint Championships.
-There, Macpherson (212.18) paced the Falcons in the 1-Meter Dive (212.18) and 3-Meter Dive (237.45).
Last Time Out (Men)
-In conjunction with their female teammates, the male divers also competed against Denver on January 26.
-Gavin Wixom led the Falcons in the plaform dive, notching 282.38 points.
-Alex Kenyon (265.88), Tristan Trax (246.30), Ian Asuncion-Duong (244.58) and Korbin Moyer (215.70) were also among the Falcons competitors.
-At the Colorado Sprint Championships, Kenyon proved to be Air Force's top diver in the 1-Meter (290.70) while Wixom earned high marks in the 3-Meter (298.80).
