#20 Air Force men's water polo (11-11) dropped a 17-6 contest at #13 UC San Diego Sunday afternoon at Canyonview Aquatic Center in La Jolla, Calif.
The Falcons struggled to get its offense going, as the Tritons controlled the whole game. UCSD led 3-1 after the first quarter and 8-3 at halftime. Air Force scored one goal in the third quarter and two in the fourth.
Senior Kaito Ham and sophomore Tom Leggett led the Falcons with two goals and one assist each. Senior David Brown had five steals. Junior Luca Smith had 11 saves in goal.
The Falcons are off from competition next weekend. They return to action Sunday, Oct. 20, opening WCC play hosting Pepperdine.
