USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force men's water polo (12-17, 0-3 WCC) dropped a 22-12 match to #6 Pacific (15-1, 3-0 WCC) Sunday afternoon at the Cadet Natatorium. Sophomore Tom Leggett led the Falcons with a career-high nine goals.
Pacific out-scored the Falcons 5-0 in the first quarter to take a commanding lead. Air Force scored three in the second to make it a 10-3 game.
The Falcons played much better in the second half, netting nine goals, including six in the fourth quarter. Leggett tallied seven scores in the second half. Luca Smith played the first half in goal for the Falcons, with Jay Pyle playing the second half.
Air Force returns to action Thursday, Nov. 7, hosting its final home game of the season against Loyola Marymount.
