Air Force Men’s Tennis Falls To Stetson

Air Force men's tennis fell to Stetson, 5-2, Friday afternoon at the USTA Campus Outdoor Tennis Courts in Orlando, Fla. The Falcons were led by singles wins by AJ Moore and Jack Brown.

Stetson opened by taking the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3.

Brown tied the match up at 1-1 with a win at No. 5 singles. He defeated Marc Saura in straight sets 6-3, 6-4.

Stetson then won the next four singles matches, clinching with the win at No. 1 singles.

Moore capped the day with a win at No. 3 over Eder Blanco 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.

Air Force returns to action Saturday, Feb. 17, against Army as part of College MatchDay at the USTA Center in Orlando, Fla. The match is slated for a 2 pm ET start. If rain forces the teams to play inside, the men's match will begin upon the completion of the Army-Air Force women's match, which would begin at 2 pm ET.
