Air Force Fencing Hosts 2025 Western Invitational

Air Force fencing hosts the 2025 Western Invitational this Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 22-23. Competition is slated to take place each day at the Academy in the Cadet Gymnasium.

***Base Access***
Access procedures at the U.S. Air Force Academy continue to affect athletic events. While the installation remains open, anyone without a DoD ID card must obtain a visitor pass to enter the base.

Some of the top collegiate programs in the nation will compete in head-to-head format. The 10 participating schools include Air Force, Brandeis, Columbia, Denison, Incarnate Word, Northwestern, Ohio State, Stanford, UC San Diego and Tufts.

Admission is free for the Invitational. Video stream will be available for Pods A, B and C via the Air Force Athletics youtube page (link will populate right before the event). Pods A, B and C will be in the Volleyball Area inside Cadet Gym. Pod D will be in the Air Force fencing practice room in the far west side of Cadet Gym.

Spectators will be required to enter the Academy through the North Gate and are advised to park by the Cadet Fieldhouse on the South and East parking lots. Entrance to the Cadet Gym will be by the outdoor tennis courts. The Cadet Gym is located west of the Field House and Falcon Athletic Center.

Concessions will be available for spectators.

Full Western Invitational results will be posted upon completion of competition Sunday evening.
